A lot of people over the years were trying to get me to do a Harley Davidson
window. But it was the consistent nagging of Scott Lyke that finally made me sit
down and attempt Harley. So after deciding which logo I wanted to do I spent
several months drawing and erasing and running to libraries to look at pictures
of eagles to make sure the feathers came out looking like an eagle and not an
owl or a hawk or whatever. Anyhow this is the design I came up with. And
naturally, Scott Lyke thinks this window would look good in his basement...why
do people think that stained glass windows that cost thousands of dollars would
look good hanging on a wall in a basement? You need the sun shining through
these windows to bring out all the colors and brilliance.
This is one of my largest windows it measures
32 15/16" wide x 38 3/4" tall.
